Established July 1999, LPS. is a land planning and development consulting firm, specializing in planning management related to the entitlement process for development purposes. With more than 30 years of urban/land planning experience LPS has achieved respect and integrity in this field which has prompted a relationship with all local government agencies. Combined expertise, experience and knowledge of local development codes and regulations, has made LPS a firm that is able to assist in any type of development project (big or small). As professional planners we work in the public sector for governmental and non-profit agencies, and in the private sector for businesses related to land, community, and economic development.
